RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects of IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and project governance.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for leadership and clients.
- Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Maximo with other systems (e.g., SAP, GIS, IoT platforms).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years managing Maximo projects.
- Proven experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management (v7.6 or later).
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance management, and work order processes.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred).
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
