We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
Job Description:
Business Analyst Onsite Hybrid
Qualifications/Exp :
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- 5+yrs exp with Agile, Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- You will work with our Product Management team in coordination with other team members to analyze and document business requirements for a product.
- You will be documenting business and functional product requirements and help transfer these to an Agile development team.
- You will lead requirements gathering sessions for functionality and reports of moderate complexity.
- You will document user acceptance test cases (UAT) and perform user acceptance testing.
- You will be responsible for understanding business and technical product architecture.
- As an analyst, you will help coordinate between Operations, Solutions, Product and Development teams, working closely identify, develop, and implement product and technology-based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and mitigate operational risk.
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Experience in Financial services is desired, specifically in the areas of Asset Management or Wealth Management, preferably with prior exposure to the FinTech industry.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Teams).
- Experienced in data analysis with a fundamental grasp of SQL.
- The self-motivation, organization skills, and drive to complete multiple deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily work with other business analysts, product management, development, and QA team members.
- A drive to broaden one s knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems and taking the initiative to apply it to daily work assignments.
- Attention-to-detail to ensure that all deliverables consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them.
- Positivity and collegial approach in assisting both colleagues and clients and the ability to work in team environment.
- Curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail: Whether it s to identify a solution to a problem or possibly help implement a more efficient process or procedure, your skills have a place in our business.
About NTT DATA:
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $50 to $57.75. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
