Overview
Seeking an onsite SAP S/4HANA RTR Consultant to support core finance and controlling processes, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver minor enhancements in a sprint-based model.
Scope of Work
- Onsite support in a sprint-based delivery environment
- Create functional specs (FSDs)
- Perform configuration in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Execute RTR support, testing, and documentation
- No planned development initially; onshore developer recommended for debugging
Key Responsibilities
- Support GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting
- Handle month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Troubleshoot FI integrations with MM, SD, and PP
- Support COPA, cost centers, internal orders, and costing
- Execute configuration updates and functional changes
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Work closely with onsite business and technical teams
Required Skills
- 12 15 years of overall experience with strong FICO/RTR depth
- 5 12 years hands-on RTR experience, including 2+ years in S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and bank processes
- Solid MM/SD/PP integration experience
- Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
