We are looking for DDI Engineer position.

Please find the Job description as below:

Workstyle: Hybrid (2 weeks office and 2 weeks WFH)

Location: Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX and Boston

Note: Candidate must be on Teknosys W2

Keyskills:

Network & DDI: DNS, DHCP, IPAM support and operations
Automation/Scripting: Python, Ansible, Shell
Observability: Monitoring with Splunk and Datadog
Cloud Infrastructure: Deploying and managing cloud-based environments

Role: DDI Engineer responsible for reliable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services across a hybrid environment (on-prem + cloud) using Infoblox appliances and Linux servers running ISC BIND, aligned to ITSM practices.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and troubleshoot DDI infrastructure; manage deployments in CSPs; monitor/measure with observability tools; automate with Python/Ansible/Shell; uphold service reliability, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Experience (3 5 years): Hands-on with BIND and/or Infoblox, strong DNS/DHCP troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure management, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, scripting (Python/Ansible/Shell), and server monitoring.

Soft Skills: Clear communicator (technical/non-technical), proactive issue resolution, structured problem-solving, attention to detail in configs/logs, team-oriented yet independent, adaptable and eager to learn.
