Must have skills Strong experience in ITAM (SAM, HAM), ITSM, ITOM, CMDB modules. Experience in managing onshore, offshore teams.
10-15 years work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams. Should have done at least 3 end to end implementations. Good comm skills.

Job Description
* Lead the end-to-end configuration and setup of ServiceNow instances.
* Develop and implement Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Request Management modules.
* Configure SSO, email notifications, MID Server setup, user groups, and permissions.
* Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications such as ESRI (ArcGIS), ARMIS Security, PDQ Inventory, and Hexagon/Infor EAM (AMPS).
* Implement and maintain CMDB, ITSM, ITOM Discovery and Service Management, HAM, SAM, Chatbot, and SecOps.
* Develop and execute functional, system, integration, data migration, performance, and cross-browser testing.
* Ensure compliance with client's security standards and remediate vulnerabilities.
* Provide technical documentation, including system maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, data dictionaries, and migration plans.
* Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), assist in issue tracking, and refine the system based on feedback.
* Develop and deliver end-user and technical training programs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define system requirements and implementation strategies.
* Manage client communications effectively, including technical discussions, issue resolution, and regular status updates.
Qualifications
Desired Technical Skills:
* Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
* Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, and Service Portal.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, API connectors).
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow development tools.
* Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and catalog items.
* Knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices.
* Understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including application vulnerability remediation.
* Strong experience in performing code reviews and enforcing best practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration with 2-3 major end-to-end implementations completed.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
* Experience working on government or US public sector projects is a plus.
