Endpoint Device Analyst

Deliverables

The successful candidate must deliver the following, to successfully complete the engagement:

• Endpoint Inventory Report - Document the current location, quantity, and type of endpoint devices deployed at facilities across the province.
• Endpoint Wireless Testing - participate in site level wireless testing for Endpoints and document findings related to signal strength, coverage gaps, and performance issues.
• Endpoint Issue Tracker - Identify and log current challenges or inefficiencies with Endpoint Devices.
• Endpoint Configuration Documentation - Document Endpoint Device configurations based on User defined requirements and technical standards.
• Requirement Documentation - Document Technical Endpoint requirements.
• Test Plan & Test Cases - Participate in the creation of Test Plans and Test Cases and subsequent functional testing of Endpoint performance.
• Support Documentation - Contribute to the creation or refinement of endpoint support documentation for use by helpdesk and technical support staff.
• Deployment Plans & Maps - Collaborate with stakeholders to define placement of new endpoints in alignment with clinical workflows and infrastructure readiness.
• Device Configuration & Setup Support - Assist in the configuration and staging of Endpoint devices for deployment, ensuring consistency with technical standards.
• Endpoint Tuning Recommendations - Support optimization of Endpoint performance through testing and configuration adjustments.
• Endpoint Device Mix Specifications - Assist with the development of Endpoint Mix specifications based on workflows and user preferences.
