Position: Product Owner with healthcare experience

Location Atlanta, GA (Remote to start, even fully remote is fine)

Duration: 12 months contract

Description:

Our client is looking for Product Owner to build end to end business solutions and to work with one o the leading healthcare providers in the US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and know how to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team.

Requirement :

4-8 years of experience of business analysis / product ownership .

Hands on technical experience in requirements elicitation process and healthcare data analysis.

Strong working knowledge of requirements gathering, drafting and managing change requests/requirements document using Anthem's process.

Strong working experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications.

Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.

Exposure to Agile practices

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the definition of the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.

Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Defines both the functional and non-functional requirements of a system and acts as a liaison between the business and IT and should be able to develop technical requirement documents

Analyze business needs though Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, meetings, documentation and though verbal and written presentations.

Partner with the business, architecture and infrastructure teams to oversee all service levels; work with stakeholders to provide technical guidance on future system opportunities and enhancements.

Develop requirements artefacts, system process flows and associated diagrams and ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements

Convert high-level enterprise strategies and blueprints into system-level deliverables

Create low fidelity wireframes to aid in conversations with business and to capture the outcome of the requirement sessions.

Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.

Preferred location is Atlanta followed by any other locations with a client office including but not limited to Richmond VA, Atlanta GA, Norfolk VA, Mason, OH, Woodland Hills CA, Thousand Oaks CA, Minneapolis Minnesota. Work from home options anywhere in US might also be considered in certain cases though not preferred.
