Responsibilities:
- The SAP H2R Lead will be responsible for leading the SAP H2R tower for AMS, supporting SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and integrations with S/4HANA.
- The lead will provide functional support for Employee Central, including configuration, data models, workflows, and position management.
- Responsibilities include managing BSI tax engine integrations, replication monitoring, error handling, and data consistency between EC and Payroll using SAP tools and BIB.
- The role also includes coordination with technical teams and vendors, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and collaboration with HR teams during testing and upgrades.
- Additionally, the lead will mentor consultants and ensure documentation and operational readiness.
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll including schemas, PCRs, payroll result analysis, and payroll control center.
- Proficient in Employee Central configuration, workflows, foundation data, and employee data management.
- Deep knowledge of BSI tax engine configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data replication monitoring and managing integration errors using BIB.
- Familiarity with AMS processes including ticket management, SLAs, RCA, and change management.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders, HRIS teams, and vendors.
- Ability to lead support teams and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Knowledge of SAP Time Evaluation or integration with third-party time systems such as Kronos or Work Force.
- Familiarity with payroll posting to Finance (FI-CO) in S/4HANA.
- Exposure to S/4HANA RISE environments and hybrid HCM cloud architectures.

Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
