Location: On-site, Monday to Friday (Plano, TX or McLean, VA)

Were seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to take a hands-on role in shaping AI security frameworks and driving enterprise-wide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Defining guardrails in an AI control platform to support cutting-edge generative AI initiatives
  • Collaborating with business teams to extract use cases that enhance sensitive data protection
  • Designing and implementing DLP policies across multiple tools and systems
  • Working closely with Security and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable AI/DLP monitoring
  • Maintaining rigorous documentation and adhering to change management processes
  • Contributing to a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-moving security team


What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in AI-related roles and enterprise-level DLP
  • Hands-on expertise in DLP policy development and implementation
  • Experience with AI governance-especially defining control guardrails
  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and documentation best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agile mindset: able to adapt and thrive in changing environments
  • Willingness to occasionally work late hours (e.g., 8 PM ET) if required
