The Senior POS QA position in Des Moines, Iowa, is focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of Point of Sale (POS) systems, particularly in the context of gas station operations. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with POS systems, specifically the NCR product, and involves various testing processes to validate system performance and compliance with country-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Image building/New store setup from Scratch
- Package/Build applying process
- Country specific requirement (especially Tax) validation - Functional Testing
- POS Store Regression Testing
- Restore POS image during POS application failure
- Pin Pad/Debit card reader device testing
Requirements
- Min 5+ years of POS hands-on experience
- Strong store side testing knowledge
- Experience with NCR POS Product Testing
- Working experience in Fuel Pump (gas station) and store testing
- Experience in Package/Build applying process
- Country specific requirement (especially Tax) validation - Functional Testing
- POS Store Regression Testing
- Pin Pad/Debit card reader device testing
