Job Description:
- Scripting, Software Development, AI SME
- Provide ongoing staff supplementation subject matter expertise level support to the VA Technical Leadership Team helping to assess, advise, architect, and implement based on their direction to automate and advance their systems and environment, streamline interface points, and improve productivity and security.
Qualifications:
- SME level knowledge and proven experience with scripting languages, Software Development, and AI, such as Python, Ansible, Mongo, LangChain, RAG, Llama, Laravel PHP.
- Seasoned network engineering experience with Cisco and Juniper LANs.
- Strong work ethic, highly responsive, dependable, and self-directed, problem-solver that is fully committed to the designated shift.
- Leadership that builds trust and has an advisory, consultative style.
- Good team player that takes initiative and works collaboratively.
- Resourceful and can identify issue to resolution and keep project moving forward.
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with discernment, sensitivity, technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer daily.
- Innovative with curiosity and desire to stay abreast of ongoing technology and software advancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree plus a minimum of 15 years experience in an IT-related role.
- Evidence of subject matter expert level.
