Title: EHR Helpdesk Analyst (2nd Shift)

Location: RTP Remote
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $48/hr

Summary:
The EHR Helpdesk Analyst provides advanced technical support for Epic EHR and related clinical systems across 13 state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. This role ensures timely issue resolution, system reliability, and end-user satisfaction while supporting high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for Epic and healthcare IT issues.

  • Troubleshoot Epic workflows, access, accounts, printing, and integration problems.

  • Provide remote support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

  • Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow within SLAs.

  • Assist with Epic user provisioning, security roles, and access changes.

  • Support go-lives, upgrades, and technical dress rehearsals.

  • Collaborate with clinical, application, and technical teams.

  • Maintain documentation and user guidance resources.

  • Ensure HIPAA and IT security compliance; escalate critical issues as needed.
