Title: EHR Helpdesk Analyst (2nd Shift)

Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $48/hr
Summary:
The EHR Helpdesk Analyst provides advanced technical support for Epic EHR and related clinical systems across 13 state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. This role ensures timely issue resolution, system reliability, and end-user satisfaction while supporting high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for Epic and healthcare IT issues.
Troubleshoot Epic workflows, access, accounts, printing, and integration problems.
Provide remote support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow within SLAs.
Assist with Epic user provisioning, security roles, and access changes.
Support go-lives, upgrades, and technical dress rehearsals.
Collaborate with clinical, application, and technical teams.
Maintain documentation and user guidance resources.
Ensure HIPAA and IT security compliance; escalate critical issues as needed.
