Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
