Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

  • Design and develop training using ADDIE and SAM methodologies.
  • Create multi-format content including ILT, VILT, WBT, self-paced modules, videos, podcasts, and job aids.
  • Develop supporting materials such as instructor guides, participant handbooks, technical documentation, and visual content.

Collaboration & Program Support

  • Partner with Program Managers to build and execute strategic training plans.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and fine-tune technical information.
  • Assist with training setup, testing, and deployment within technical environments.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct training needs assessments aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Develop tools to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
  • Utilize feedback and performance metrics to enhance existing courseware.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of promotional and communication materials related to training.
  • Support other job-related functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in instructional design, especially in technical or automotive/manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
