Position: Jr. Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration : 12+ months
No H1B
Must Have Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint
Strong command of Scrum/Agile practices and leadership
Experience coaching/mentoring teams new to Agile
Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferences:
Ability to work EST hours.
Experience supporting digital/web-based products
Prior experience coaching Agile teams with limited Scrum maturity
DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master) Certification
