Role: RF optimization Engineer- Ericson Experience Mandatory
Location: Denver CO, St Louis, MO and Minneapolis MN- 100% onsite
EXP :10- 15 years of experience
Work Authorization: ANY

Rate Max $65/HR
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in RF optimization, Recent strong Ericsson experience
- Expertise in advanced 5G/4G feature implementation and troubleshooting
- Experience using RF tools like MantaRay, ACP (Airspan Control Platform), or NetAct
- Ability to support and fine-tune services including:
- 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, LTE, IoT, and CBRS
- Deep understanding of Layer 3 messaging for 4G and 5G technologies
