Job Details

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer - Vulnerability

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).

  • Integrate RESTful APIs and manage database operations using SQL and/or NoSQL solutions.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to identify and remediate application vulnerabilities.

  • Conduct code reviews with a focus on secure coding practices and performance optimization.

  • Participate in vulnerability scanning, interpretation of security reports (e.g., from Snyk, SonarQube), and timely remediation of issues.

  • Ensure compliance with secure development standards and participate in security audits and patch management.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements with a security-first approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development with strong backend experience in Java and Spring Boot.

  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

  • Experience in identifying and mitigating application security vulnerabilities.

  • Understanding of common security flaws (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and how to prevent them.

  • Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Snyk, SonarQube, or OWASP ZAP.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
