**100% Remote**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the launch of a new home inspection product. This is a greenfield project, offering the opportunity to shape and drive a product from inception to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching applications and will be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product launch.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive the project to completion, ensuring all aspects are ready for launch. This includes coordinating with marketing, sales, billing, tech teams, and gathering customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Organize and lead various groups to ensure a cohesive and successful launch. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Launch Preparation: Develop and manage a comprehensive checklist to ensure all elements required for launch are addressed. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Post-Launch Support: Manage the product backlog based on customer feedback, oversee technical tickets, and host regular post-launch meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Program Management: Partner with business leads and leadership to define program goals, milestones, and governance structures. Conduct current state analysis to drive the program forward.
- Governance and Oversight: Provide program governance ownership, including monitoring and managing program scope through the change management process. Establish regular governance cadences to communicate escalations, decision risks, and issues.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budget monitoring, run rate, forecast, cost savings, and delta reporting. Provide financial insights and details to leadership on a timely basis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track progress, milestones, and status of the initiative. Utilize appropriate tools and communication matrices to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Status Reporting: Lead weekly and monthly status report meetings to ensure proper progress and communication throughout the ecosystem.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, particularly in launching applications or products.
- Strong ability to drive and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with program governance and financial oversight.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
