RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Developer in Herndon, VA.

Duties:
* Analyze system requirements and functionality
* Devise innovative solutions
* Develop and modify system objects
* Lead walkthroughs of technical design documents
* Perform unit testing
* Analyze system issues and correct defects
* Will comply with configuration management practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience with PeopleTools technologies and PeopleSoft HCM
* Development experience using PeopleTools 8.5+
* Experience modifying/creating PeopleCode and PeopleTools Application Designer objects (components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, and Application Packages)
* Experience in validating business requirements and translating them into technical design documents
* Experience with software testing
* Strong SQL skills
* Ability to independently organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple and changing priorities
* Ability to provide scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support
* The candidate is expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work effectively with employees, subcontractors, and the Treasury staff in a diverse team environment
* Requires a self-starter and team player

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
