Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The Depot 3 Program Engineering Manager (PEM) will provide overall leadership of engineering activities associated with the activation of the Warner Robbins Depot in support of the testing and repair of F-35 Block 4 EW field returns. The Depot 3 program is comprised of the following activities:
  • Hosting of Test Program Sets (TPS) to the VDATS test system at the Warner Robbins Depot.
  • Subcontract technical management Warner Robbin engineering for a portion of TPS rehost activities.
  • Development of VDATS ICD
  • ITA modifications in support of the VDATS test interface.
  • Test software updates required for VDATS hosting.
  • Development of test diagnostics in support of effective isolation of failures to the defined SRA.
  • Delivery of SDRLs.
  • Verification and Validation.
  • The PEM will coordinate the planning and execution of these activities, inclusive of collaborating with program managers, functional engineering managers, and factories to ensure efficient and effective engineering execution on the program. The PEM will report to the responsible Product Line Engineering Lead.

    *Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires ship status*

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Requires qualified candidates to hold an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program clearances
    • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering/technical discipline, and 8+ year(s) related experience or equivalent experience, training and/or certifications
    • Demonstrated leadership skills (soft skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, building teams, building customer relationships)
    • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose, resolve complex problems and to develop improved methods to increase program efficiency
    • Proven written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Design experience in Test and/or System Engineering
    • Experience in Agile and DEVSECOPS based program development
    • SAP/SAR Clearance preferred

    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
