About the Role

Make a Strategic Impact as a Senior Accounting & Financial Systems Leader

Are you a CPA looking to take your expertise to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented financial professional to lead and manage core accounting functions that are vital to the health and growth of our organization. This is your opportunity to step into a highly visible, cross-functional role where your work will directly influence executive decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial integrity across a multi-entity organization.

What You ll Own

General Ledger Leadership

  • Own the full-cycle general ledger process and deliver high-quality financial reporting across multiple affiliated entities.

  • Lead a timely and accurate monthly close process an essential foundation for business strategy and forecasting.

  • Ensure integrity of payroll data, intercompany transactions, and timekeeping information through strong systems integration and reconciliation practices.

  • Manage and document capital infusions, partner distributions, and bonus accruals, ensuring every dollar is accounted for with precision.

  • Drive continuous improvement in internal controls and compliance your ideas will shape how we scale.

Audit and Reporting Excellence

  • Be the point person for external auditors (e.g., PwC) prepare comprehensive audit packages, and streamline the audit process with confidence and clarity.

  • Use custom SQL queries to enhance financial visibility and generate strategic insights for leadership.

  • Review and validate account reconciliations to maintain a rock-solid financial foundation.

Treasury Oversight

  • Act as a trusted banking representative, overseeing international payments and large disbursements, including rent, healthcare funds, and client reimbursements.

  • Monitor line of credit activity and ensure smooth daily cash operations and banking transactions.

Financial Systems & Technology

  • Serve as the financial systems administrator, ensuring Aderant runs efficiently and evolves with business needs.

  • Regularly refine the chart of accounts, reporting structures, and templates to support organizational growth.

What You Bring

  • CPA required; Bachelor s degree mandatory (Master s preferred).

  • Strong intercompany accounting expertise with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.

  • Prior experience in legal or professional services environments preferred.

  • Familiarity with Aderant, Elite 3, and QuickBooks is a plus.
