Title: ARM QA Engineer
Location: Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing of UEFI/BIOS on ARM-based platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, and system-level testing for Windows on ARM environments.
- Validate firmware applications running on ARM processors.
- Conduct interface testing for UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, and DAC.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, debug and resolve issues.
- Document test procedures, results, and maintain bug reports.
Required Skill/Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and firmware testing.
- Knowledge of ARM embedded architecture.
- Experience in UEFI/BIOS testing on ARM systems.
- Hands-on experience testing Windows on ARM platforms.
- Proficiency in firmware application testing on ARM processors.
- Experience testing hardware interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DAC
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of firmware security testing (e.g., secure boot, TPM).
- Exposure to board bring-up and hardware validation processes.
- Familiarity with debugging and validation tools
