*Job Summary: *
We are seeking a skilled Dashboard Developer to join our Health Care Delivery team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in system observability, dashboard development, and metrics analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing observability solutions that deliver insights into system performance and business metrics, utilizing tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Google Cloud Services, and other dashboard development frameworks.
*Key Responsibilities: *
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical business and operational metrics, developing dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Analyze telemetry data (metrics, errors, logs, traces) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, offering recommendations to enhance system performance.
Design, develop, and maintain observability dashboards using visualization tools to deliver real-time insights into system operational performance and business metrics.
*Qualifications: *
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in system observability and dashboard creation, with a strong understanding of metrics and monitoring best practices.
Familiarity with business metrics and the ability to translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
Proficiency in Grafana for dashboard creation and visualization, along with experience in Prometheus and PromQL for metrics collection and querying.
Experience utilizing tools such as Dash or Google Cloud Looker Studio to create interactive dashboards that enhance data visualization and user experience.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Services, API Gateways, KAFKA and their associated operational metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey telemetry observations to business stakeholders and assist development teams in proactively identifying issues.
*Preferred Qualifications: *
Relevant certifications in cloud services or observability tools (e.g., Google Cloud Certified).
Deep experience with any other monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk etc.).
Experience in a lead role developing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles from the ground up.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
