Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer with strong background in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to join our finance technology team. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to design, develop, and support Oracle FCCS applications with integrations to HFM. This role is fully remote, with preference for candidates based in Texas for occasional in-person collaboration if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance Oracle FCCS applications including metadata, rules, forms, reports, security, and calculations.

  • Support Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for legacy reporting and assist in migration/streamlining activities.

  • Build and manage data integrations between FCCS, HFM, and other enterprise systems.

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate complex financial consolidation and reporting requirements into scalable system solutions.

  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting system issues, and performance optimization.

  • Execute data validation, testing, and documentation of FCCS/HFM changes.

  • Contribute to FCCS system upgrades, patches, and automation initiatives.

  • Ensure FCCS and HFM align with financial close and consolidation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with Oracle EPM applications including FCCS and HFM.

  • Hands-on expertise in FCCS configuration, metadata management, reporting, security, and calculations.

  • Strong knowledge of HFM rules, consolidation methods, and reporting.

  • Experience with Data Management/FDMEE or other ETL tools for source-target integrations.

  • Solid understanding of financial close, consolidation, reporting, and account reconciliation processes.

  • Proficiency in Smart View, FR Reports, and EPM Automate scripts.

  • SQL and scripting experience highly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with finance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).

  • Experience with ARCS, PCMCS, or other Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud or SAP as source systems.

  • Prior experience in remote project delivery and Agile environments.

  • Texas-based candidates strongly preferred.
