Job Details

We are seeking an experienced external resource to partner with our Omnichannel Marketing team on a range of ongoing IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise with Veeva CRM and other technologies supporting both operational and strategic projects across Omnichannel Marketing. Example projects could include Sales Enablement Platform, Consent Management, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Veeva CRM and Omnichannel Marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document needs, objectives, and processes related to Veeva CRM and other marketing solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of Veeva CRM and Omnichannel Marketing.
  • Provide technical expertise for Veeva CRM configuration, data analysis, and integrations.
  • Support the administration and operational management of Veeva CRM, including troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, training sessions, and create training materials to drive user adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of Veeva CRM.
  • Stay current with industry trends, Veeva CRM updates, and best practices, recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and change management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting Veeva CRM ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Strong understanding of Omnichannel Marketing processes and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with data visualization tools and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
  • Familiarity with MyInsights, X-pages, CLM, Preference and Consent Management, user training, and system integration projects.
