Description of Work & Skills Desired
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst/Functional Lead to support the integration of Oracle-EBusiness Suite (EBS) 12.2.5 with Oracle Primavera Unifier, using MuleSoft as the integration platform. This role will act as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful capture of business requirements and their accurate translation into functional and technical solutions. Track and manage overall Project coordination.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise application environments, particularly with Oracle EBS, and will be comfortable managing complex integrations with third-party systems such as Primavera.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle E-Business Suite environments
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, particularly in Finance, Procurement, and Projects.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera (especially Unifier) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platforms (API-led connectivity, interface design,etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycle or capital project management processes.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Understanding of Oracle APIs, interfaces, and data flows between enterprise systems.
Tasks/ Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact between the internal business/technical teams and the vendor implementing Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle EBS modules and their integration with Primavera.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development and integration teams.
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions with business users and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and integration/interface design using MuleSoft.
- Participate in solution design reviews and provide input from a business perspective.
- Track and manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with EBS technical resources to ensure data mappings and API integrations meet business needs.
- Provide post-go-live support and facilitate issue resolution between teams.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of processes, configurations, and integration points.
