Job Details

We are seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect with a problem-solving mindset to support ad hoc solutioning and on-site troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with the ability to quickly assess issues, provide solutions, and serve as an additional set of eyes for architecture and infrastructure challenges.

This role requires a strong technical background in enterprise networking and security, with expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Ruckus technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site solutioning and architecture support for networking and security infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc issues across Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Ruckus environments.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with teams to optimize enterprise architecture.

  • Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in current setups.

  • Support the design and implementation of networking and security solutions.

  • Act as an escalation point for technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.

  • Strong background in:

    • Cisco (routing, switching, networking)

    • Palo Alto (firewalls/security)

    • Zscaler (cloud security solutions)

    • Ruckus (wireless technologies)
