- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): 5+ years.
- Cisco Unity Connections (CUC): 5+ years.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Seeking a Senior System Engineer resource to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, process design and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
- There are enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource.
- This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff.
- In addition, this resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
