Immediate need for a talented Aruba Wireless Network Engineer. This is a 27+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bedminster, NJ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and review wireless RF coverage for optimization.
- Deploys and maintain network hardware, peripherals, services, and settings in accordance with industry standards and project/operational requirements.
- Performs daily system monitoring; verifies the integrity and availability of networking hardware, services, systems, and key processes; reviews system and application logs.
- Documents and performs network upgrades and modifications.
- Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures.
- Creates reports and analyze performance metrics
- Adhere to change management processes and procedures.
- On a day-to-day basis, drive the initiatives that the In-Building Venue team is responsible for to ensure they are on track, identify potential risks and mitigate impact to the schedules and stakeholders by working with all of the client Wireless Network, VBG and TPD organizations.
- Manage deployment activities for the integration and commercial success (GA) of new products and services.
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of new Enterprise Wi-Fi initiatives.
- Evaluate Wi-Fi performance at Enterprise locations post turn-up and engage technical SMEs for optimization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Aruba Certified, CWNA or CWNP, Cisco WCS or ARUBA Airwave.
- Extensive experience managing and monitoring the health of Aruba Controllers, Access Points and Management Devices to include Airwave Management Platform (AMP).
- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network systems, switching, and routing protocol standards such as: TCP/IP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, SDN, and 802.1x.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP.
