Job Details

Title: Financial Services Customer Care Specialist
Candidates could possibly work late shift starting as late as 3pm EST.
Location: Remote
Contract W2
Rate- $17.20/hr

Job Description/Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from our internal clients at the branches.
Educate Financial Advisors on account services and capabilities.
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries

Given the nature of the role and the need for clear communication with clients and cross-functional teams, we're looking for candidates with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
1. Experience 1-2 year minimum in call center environment.
2. Excellent Communication skills
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Cannot be FINRA registered

As part of our hiring process, we require candidates to meet specific background check criteria before we can consider them for a role. Please ensure that your candidate is aware of and able to meet the following requirements:
1. Background Checks:
There are two background checks: This could take 4-8 weeks to complete.
2. Client Background Verification (BGV):
The Client BGV must be fully clear to start, which includes a credit check and fingerprinting.
The Client allows for certain bad debt/collection amounts (less than $10,000 USD) in the past 7 years. If the candidate's credit check exceeds this limit, we will not consider them for the role.
3. Successful Credit Criteria:
Cumulative total from any combination of debt types must be less than $10,000 USD, including: a) Sum of unsatisfied or unpaid records with liability. b) Sum of current negative accounts (under collection) with past due amounts. c) Sum of accounts charged off as bad debt.
4. Criminal Background:
No criminal hits in the past 7 years.
5. Educational Verification:
Proof of a high school diploma or GED must be provided.
