ASSYST is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to support our client in Austin, Texas.
The ideal candidate will oversee the upgrade and troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, with a strong emphasis on Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI Reporting, Canvas app development, and overall Power Platform solutions management. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can lead initiatives, provide technical expertise, and ensure the seamless operation of our Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities:
- Power Platform CoE Toolkit Management: Oversee the upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
- Co-Pilot Studio Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the use of Co-Pilot Studio, optimizing development processes and supporting automation initiatives.
- Power BI Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards that support business intelligence and decision-making across the organization.
- Canvas App Development: Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Power Platform solutions.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for team members on Power Platform tools and best practices, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of these technologies.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed process documents to support clear, consistent workflows and best practices for Power Platform solutions.
Must have Requirements:
- Power BI Expertise (Required, 5+ years): Strong experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards, with a deep understanding of data visualization principles and analytics.
- Power Platform CoE Toolkit (Required, 8+ years): Extensive experience managing and troubleshooting Power Platform CoE toolkit, including upgrades and issues resolution.
- Co-Pilot Studio (Required, 3+ years): Proficiency in Co-Pilot Studio for app development, automation, and enhancing development processes.
- Canvas App Development (Required, 8+ years): Skilled in developing and maintaining Power Platform Canvas apps with a focus on user experience, functionality, and scalability.
- Azure Services (Required, 3+ years): Strong understanding of Azure Services, particularly Azure Analytics and Azure Active Directory, to support integration and development efforts.
- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Administration (Required, 8+ years): Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
- Problem-Solving Skills (Required): Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, analyze logs, and debug software applications.
- Process Documentation (Required): Proven ability to create and maintain clear, detailed process documents that guide the development and operationalization of Power Platform solutions.
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (Desired, 3+ years): Familiarity with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and its integration with Power Platform solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer or Administrator.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
