Job Summary & Mission

The Systems Analyst II is responsible for requirements analysis, solution design, and process improvement, collaborating across IT and business functions to ensure a consistent and engaging user technology experience.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
- Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements.
- Facilitate user story creation and backlog grooming in agile environments.
- Apply LEAN techniques for business process design and re-engineering.
- Support user-centric solution design.
- Identify and assess opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements.
- Participate in agile scrum teams for solution delivery.
- Focus on enhancing the overall user technology experience.
System Configuration & Testing
- Configure applications (attributes, workflows, UI changes).
- Support data conversion (extract, load, validate).
- Develop and execute test plans; validate results.
- Use data queries for validation and reporting.
Production Support
- Provide 24/7 global support for critical systems.
- Manage trouble tickets, escalate issues, and resolve within SLA.
- Conduct root cause analysis to build system expertise.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation (Wiki, Knowledge Base Articles).
- Facilitate system training.
- Write ad-hoc queries for data analysis and reporting.
Leadership
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with business teams.
- Offer constructive input during team discussions.
- Lead small design/work streams.
Experience & Skills
Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of systems development lifecycle and IT operations.
- Configuration expertise in relevant platforms/applications.
- Proficiency in user-centric design and agile development/testing.
- Strong business acumen and technical judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
