Job Description
This role will serve as the global Product Owner for Quote to Cash program (SCPQ and OCC), including design, implementation, and continuous improvement. This role will report to the GCE - OCE Lead and collaborate with other business unit leaders and technical team members to bring the commercial E-Commerce vision to life working from Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

Responsibilities
Own the SCPQ and OCC products:

- As Product Owner of the Quote to Cash tool you will be the functional expert for Quote to Cash platforms (Oracle CPQ and Oracle Commerce Cloud) \n
- You will champion the product vision through collaboration with senior leaders, defining key operational processes, manage product funding, develop/maintain the roadmap, define work priorities, and balance new features with continuous improvement and support \n
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams, decompose requirements into features and tasks, ensuring that all aspects of the requirements are meticulously covered for product launch, issue resolution, and product enhancements \n
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, decomposing epics into features, to support detailed communication with our engineering team members \n
- Drive efficiencies through process standardization, solution reusability, automation, and optimal resource use \n
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, demos, and retrospectives to refine the backlog and improve team efficiency \n
- Own the vendor relationships, including vendor meeting, planning, and scorecards \n
- Manage Process and Technical Leads supporting product functionality \n
- Negotiate work with the team, by discussing the priority and team's capacity and velocity \n
- Provide status updates to GCE and business unit leadership \n
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested \n
Own the rollout, integration, and adoption of the Quote to Cash tool globally:

- \n
- Collaborate with Enterprise leadership to plan the pilot, global rollout, and support model of Quote to Cash \n
- Actively solicit input from business units on stakeholder needs, design and planning, including training materials, knowledge management and demonstrations \n
- Proactively collaborate with Enterprise leadership, Business Unit Leads, and Experience Owners to enable business unit enhancements to the tool while remaining aligned with overall strategy \n
- Align priorities to ensure consistency and minimize customization to ensure consistency for our customers and business units \n
- Represents the stakeholders as the internal voice of the customer \n
Throughout all tasks, remain aware of:

- \n
- ERP / Infrastructure / Architecture / Cyber / Product support updates including the global tool ecosystem for Rheem \n
- All Products Connected Workstream and Commercial strategy initiatives \n
- Customer Segmentation and Operating Model initiative progress and subsequent GCE initiative design and deployment \n
- Multi-trade business initiative \n
- Industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team \n
Qualifications
- \n
- Bachelor's Degree; preferred in business management \n
- 10+ years as a Product Owner/Manager with a strong focus on Configuration Tools and/or Commerce tools (KPIs/analytics), Data Projects, UX knowledge and principles \n
- Strong knowledge of data management and analysis best practices, applying data and insights to inform decision making \n
- Experience in design thinking, design and implementation, Agile methodology and tools (PBI management, Scrum, DevOps) \n
- Functional experience in commercial activities (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Experience and Journeys) \n
Preferred Qualifications:

- \n
- Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle Commerce Cloud experience \n
- MBA or relevant technical master's degree \n
- Manufacturing and multi-channel commercial experience \n
- Advanced problem-solving skills, grounded in data and feedback and driven toward process simplification \n
- Forward-thinking and ability to extrapolate learnings and industry trends to build a roadmap for the future \n
- Successful track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment; can effectively balances short and long-term goals \n
- Proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and collaborate across teams to satisfy stakeholder needs \n
- Adept at influencing stakeholders through interpersonal and negotiation skills; can form relationships through a shared vision \n
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; advanced in Microsoft Office applications; familiar with digital project management tools \n
