Position Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia PA Hybrid
Required Project Management & Leadership:
10+ years of IT project management experience in large-scale enterprise system replacements.
Strong ability to lead large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a complex IT environment.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for enterprise IT projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive projects within scope, time, and budget while managing competing priorities.
Technical Expertise:
Experience with data migration, system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions to ensure seamless system transition.
Familiarity with cloud-based and on-premises IT infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity best practices.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile or waterfall methodologies for IT projects.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration with business units, IT teams, and executive leadership.
Experience managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance oversight.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and technical challenges to ensure minimal disruptions.
Change Management & Training:
Ability to drive user adoption and training strategies, ensuring a smooth transition to the new CIS system.
Strong documentation skills for creating user guides, system documentation, and training materials.
