Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or IT support.
Hands-on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar coding assistants.
Experience with Linux/Unix administration and Python or Bash scripting for automation.
Familiarity with GitHub, Git workflows, and common developer tools.
Understanding of REST APIs and ability to use them for queries or reporting.
Strong communication skills with experience working directly with developers and gathering requirements.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn platform-level concepts.
