Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Maximo Tester to support QA efforts for IBM Maximo Application Suite 7.6. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional and regression testing within Maximo environments and experience working on large enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on IBM Maximo 7.6 applications

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements

Validate Maximo configurations, workflows, and integrations

Identify, log, and track bugs and defects through resolution

Collaborate closely with development, business analysts, and project teams

Participate in test data preparation and environment setup

Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on testing experience with IBM Maximo 7.6

Solid understanding of Maximo modules (Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, etc.)

Experience writing and executing test cases for enterprise asset management (EAM) systems

Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have:

Exposure to automation tools related to Maximo (e.g., Selenium, UFT)

Experience in Agile environments

Maximo Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
