Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Location: On-site

Job Description:
- Support background check workflows by researching and resolving problems
- Track and ensure timely processing of background requests
- Analyze data to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Prepare briefings, reports, and system efficiency evaluations
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
