Qualifications
- Epic certifications in MyChart and Welcome (required)
- Strong experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on Epic implementations
- Proven track record of managing large-scale application rollouts
- Strong understanding of kiosk hardware/software integration and patient intake workflows
- Experience in a product management or application strategy role (not people management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of Epic MyChart and Welcome applications
- Oversee integration of kiosks and digital intake workflows, including welcome questionnaires
- Collaborate with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and Epic analysts to align on project goals
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for patient engagement tools
- Monitor application performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with Epic certification standards and Northwell Health protocols
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $95.00/hr.
