Job Summary:

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Lead with strong design architecture and leadership experience to drive strategic design initiatives across enterprise-scale software products. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in AI-driven design, user experience strategy, and system architecture to deliver modern, intuitive, and scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design strategy and execution for key AI-driven features across core enterprise products.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align design goals with technical requirements.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven validation to optimize design outcomes.

  • Define and deliver end-to-end design systems, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

  • Ensure consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

  • Translate complex user and business needs into elegant, scalable solutions.

Must Have Skills:

  • Proven leadership in AI solution design, UX strategy, and architecture.

  • Expertise in modern design systems, prototyping tools, and usability testing.

  • Ability to align AI-driven insights with business and technical requirements.

  • Strong experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (PM, Engineering, Research).

Nice to Have:

  • Background in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision-based product design.

  • Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar design platforms.

  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS, data visualization, or predictive analytics.
