Job Details
Client is looking for someone to assist with the DSML (data science/machine learning) personalization project there so if a Project Manager worked within DS or ML, that would be ideal
-Outgoing personality
-Agile Project Manager
-Can t have recent government/federal experience
-Projects have been long-term. Carmax doesn t want to see jumpy resumes
Experience managing Projects in ADO, Leankit, Agile Place or Similar work tracking tool. Nice to have: Experience delivering data engineering or data related projects

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate delivery of complex product initiatives and / or cross-functional initiatives including business stakeholders, lead and supporting Technology teams, product teams, creative teams, vendors, and consultants through all phases of the project life cycle
Responsible for facilitating requirements gathering for technology solutions, and effectively guiding resources to achieve goals
Responsible for facilitating Agile team ceremonies and effectively guiding resources to achieve goals
Responsible for adhering to the current project and/or product management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
Create and manage a complex realistic, detailed plan to ensure on time, within scope and with awareness of budgetary constraints
Serve as a primary problem solver for any issues, roadblocks, and risks; maintaining responsibility for their resolution. Demonstrate servant leadership with the teams.
Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating project and/or product status
Drive the decision making process amongst stakeholders, ensuring project/product needs and solution options are presented and understood
