Role: Fullstack .NET Developer

Location: Florham Park, NJ

Hybrid position 3 days a week in office

  • Experience: 5 6 years of hands-on development experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and driven Engineer with strong proficiency in .NET, SQL, and AWS, and working knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular. This role is ideal for someone who not only writes clean and efficient code but also takes complete ownership over deliverables from design to deployment.

You will contribute directly to the development of robust, scalable software applications while ensuring alignment with technical specifications and business goals. You ll be expected to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accountability, initiative, and self-direction are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using .NET
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using SQL.
  • Work in React or Angular to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Build and deploy applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Take full ownership of assigned components and deliverables, from planning and estimation to release and post-deployment support.
  • Follow and contribute to technical designs and specifications aligned with project requirements.
  • Apply Agile/iterative development methodologies where applicable, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and help maintain high code quality.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in .NET core 6/8
  • Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Ability to take initiative and full ownership of technical deliverables.
  • Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
