Job Details
Our Dallas-based client is searching for an HRIS Business Systems Analyst (iCIMS) for an onsite, direct-hire position located in Dallas. The HRIS BSA should have at least 5 years of experience administering HRIS and ATS platforms: iCIMS a MUST and UKG, or Workday a plus.
Salary Offered: $130K depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain & optimize our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including platforms such as iCIMS, UKG, and Workday.
- Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop & maintain documentation such as SOPs, configuration guides & user training materials.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through automation and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with software vendors for system support, updates, and issue resolution.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for new features and system updates.
- Design & generate custom reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering HRIS and ATS platforms: iCIMS a MUST and UKG, or Workday a plus.
- Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- In-depth understanding of HR systems, business processes, and industry best practices is a must.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with system integrations and API connectivity.
- Experience with SQL and database structures is a plus.
- HRIS certifications (e.g., iCIMS, UKG Pro, Workday) preferred.
