SAP Service Management

Duration: 6 months +  with possible extensions. Will end up being a long term role.

Location: Remote .With possible visit to the warehouse/ offices once in a while. Expenses would be covered in that case.

Job Description:

  The candidate needs to be hands on in SAP Configuration and with an understanding of end to end process.  This is for production support role.

 

  • Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
  • Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
  • Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
  • SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
  • Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests  
  • Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications
