Job Details
Basic Qualifications:
- Guidewire Expertise: Extensive experience with Guidewire data models (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center) is essential. 8+ years experience.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. 2 years experience.
- Data Warehousing: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices. 2 years experience.
- Insurance Domain: Deep experience in the insurance domain, especially with property and casualty (P&C) insurance, is crucial.
- Data Profiling & Analysis: Expert skills in data profiling and basic statistical analysis. 2 years experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, including customers and business analysts. 2 years experience.
Nice to Have:
- BI Tools: Experience with reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Machine Learning (ML): Understanding of NLP and other machine learning techniques.
- DBT: Experience with Data Build Tool (DBT)
