Key Responsibilities:
<>Data Analysis & Reporting:</>Analyze digital customer journeys, website performance, and conversion metrics to uncover insights and trends.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Data Warehouse.
Deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on performance data and KPIs.
Provide clear tagging requirements and documentation to the implementation team for accurate data collection.
Define and manage digital measurement strategies and ensure data integrity.
Conduct root-cause analysis and create optimization roadmaps based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
Work cross-channel to integrate and correlate data from various sources for a comprehensive view.
Support journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
Collaborate with business units to define testing hypotheses, target segments, and success metrics.
Evaluate test outcomes, identify winning variations, and recommend ongoing personalization strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven expertise with Adobe tools: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Warehouse, Adobe Target, AEM, AEP, CJA, and Adobe Commerce.
Strong experience with digital analysis, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
Hands-on knowledge of audience segmentation, customer journey analysis, and data integration.
Experience working with tagging frameworks and implementation teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe certifications in Analytics, Target, or other relevant tools.
Familiarity with SQL and other data manipulation tools.
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
