Senior Back-End Engineer - Denver, CO (Hybrid)

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions to drive front-end channels globally. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and Product Owners to translate customer needs and high-level requirements into suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and test software, focusing on back-end development.
  • Write and maintain applications using Java and the Spring framework.
  • Apply knowledge of reactive programming systems.
  • Contribute to library-end design.

Role Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building web applications leveraging Back-End technologies/frameworks such as Java (versions 17 and 21), Spring Boot and Node.js
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Relevant development experience, certifications and training will be considered in lieu of a technical degree.
  • Experience architecture design, and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, OOP, and OOA/D.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work within our hybrid model of at least 3 days/week in office

Salary

The base salary range is $95,000 - $135,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
