Job Details

A ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Job Description:1. Solution Design:o Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.o Create high-level architecture and detailed design documents.2. Implementation:o Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.o Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements.3. Technical Leadership:o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.o Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.4. Integration:o Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using web services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and other technologies.o Manage data migration and synchronization between ServiceNow and other systems.5. Stakeholder Collaboration:o Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.o Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.6. Performance Optimization:o Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance and scalability.o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.7. Detailed Description:o Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, design, and implementation processes.o Prepare and present technical proposals and reports.o Pre-sales & Consulting:o Understanding client needs: Analyze business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes to recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions.o Solution design: Craft technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, considering existing infrastructure, scalability, and integrations.o Proof of concepts (POCs): Develop and demonstrate working prototypes to showcase the value proposition of the solution.o Estimating & quoting: Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines.o Implementation & Delivery:o Leading technical teams: Guide developers, administrators, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process.o Configuration & customization: Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with specific business requirements.o Integration with existing systems: Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.o Testing & validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution functions as designed and meets performance benchmarks.o Post-Implementation & Support:o Knowledge transfer: Train end-users and support teams on the new ServiceNow system.o Performance optimization: Continuously monitor performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.o Change management: Facilitate smooth adoption of the new system and address user concerns.o Staying updated: Continuously learn about new ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.Requirements:1. Technical Skills:o Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform and its core modules.o Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.o Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.2. Experience:o Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.o Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.3. Certifications:o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.o ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.4. Soft Skills:o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5.
