Job Description:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations during procurement activities.
  • Prepare procurement reports and analyze spending patterns for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Logistics) to align procurement needs with organizational goals.
