CyberArk Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to deliver quality work against planned timeframes for performance.
  • Developing and supporting IAM solutions
  • Responding to L1 and L2 support tickets
  • Managing user identities and access rights
  • Meet SLA s
  • Flexible to work shift hours 16x7 coverage (weekends, day and evening)
  • Delivering reports, metrics, KPIs in a timely manner
  • A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently.
Qualifications:
  • Looking for 4+ years of experience in CyberArk and at least one or two below tools experience
  • 3-5 years in IAM domain experience.
  • Understand IAM solution design and configuration.
  • Must have proficiency in at-least two IAM products (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure, Active Directory, and desired proficiency in Venafi, RSA secure ID etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience.
