Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations across FSO, CSM, or other modules. The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical guidance, ensure platform best practices, and work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow platform governance and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development and admin teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years in an architect role.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules such as FSO, CSM, etc
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CTA) preferred.
